Edilteco France® acquires the company Deltisol

Created in 1981 by Messrs Jacques and Fernand Murzilli, DELTISOL is a family business located in the South-East of France, in Le Pontet.

With over 40 years of know-how, this company achieves a turnover of 13 million euros (2019).

Using advanced technology, DELTISOL manufactures and markets prestressed concrete joists, EPS slabs as well as EPS linings for plasterboards. Roof, under slab and under screed insulation products are all ACERMI certified.

This buyout makes it possible to keep the jobs of 49 employees out of the 54 who were still in post before the confinement.

An investment of more than 2 million euros

EDILTECO France® makes its industrial experience available to the teams of the DELTISOL company. To do this, the Industrial Manager went to Le Pontet to audit and assess the 2 PSE and Concrete sites (13.000 m² in total).

In response, an industrial plan was defined for the Pontet sites in order to guarantee the evolution of the company's performance.

More than 2 million euros will therefore be invested in this buyout, including nearly 800 euros for, as a priority, the compliance of sites within the framework of ICPE obligations (Installations Classified for the Protection of the Environment).

After the implementation of the necessary corrective actions in terms of personal safety, upgrading of machines and compliance with the obligations subject to ICPE, the two DELTISOL sites will be ISO 9001 version 2015 certified.

Also, investments will be devoted to contributions in materials and technologies, in particular for ITE, finishing coatings and adhesives with the installation of a robot palletizer, a tinting machine (setting the color of the ITE EDILTECO® system finishes) and a cold light cabin used to control the colors.

Identically, for the EPS beads with the installation of a granulator, a dust collector and a machine designed by EDILTECO® allowing the admixture and bagging of the polystyrene.

Soon the POLITERM® and POLYS BETO® light aggregate ranges will be manufactured on the DELTISOL site in Le Pontet. Ultimately, the entire range of light mortars will be manufactured there.
