In its quest for innovation, the company values energy savings, sustainability and reducing the environmental footprint and true to its values, EDILTECO® France unveils several remarkable new products this year. Among them, an innovative acoustic complex designed for significant noise reduction, thus meeting the growing needs for acoustic comfort in buildings.
The brand will also present a new insulating panel made of expanded graphite polystyrene, fireproof and with an efficient thermal conductivity of 0,032 W/mK. This product, recently certified by ACERMI, guarantees high-performance thermal insulation while meeting the strictest safety standards.
Another notable innovation is a virtuous lightweight screed, designed using olive pits. This innovative material makes it possible to lighten structures while contributing to the recovery of waste from the olive industry, thus offering an ecological and efficient solution for modern construction projects.
Finally, two new interjoists, high-performance certified references, complete the range of solutions for improving the energy efficiency of buildings.
A new acoustic complex
LA CHAPE XXa Acoustique is an innovative complex combining an acoustic underlay and a ready-to-use lightweight screed, designed to significantly improve sound insulation. Compatible with all types of floor coverings, it uses expanded polystyrene beads and additives, as well as recycled SBR rubber fibres and granulates, thus offering optimal mechanical properties for the renovation of difficult supports. This complex allows structures to be lightened with a weight saving of up to 50% compared to traditional concrete.
LA CHAPE XXa Acoustique, specially designed for indoor use, combines an underlay to ensure total separation of the screed from its support, walls and crossing elements. This configuration allows for a significant reduction in impact noise. This acoustic complex is particularly effective for insulating and treating various types of supports in apartment buildings and individual houses. With remarkable acoustic performance, offering a reduction of 20 dB for a thickness of 5 cm, LA CHAPE XXa Acoustique effectively absorbs noise such as footsteps, falling objects and moving furniture.
This innovative screed is CE certified according to standard NF EN 13813: CT-C12-F3, guaranteeing its compliance with quality and safety standards. It has an A2fl-s1 fire classification, offering optimum safety.
EDIL-PSE gray 32: the perfect response to the requirements of RE2020
EDILTECO® France is expanding its range of expanded polystyrene for façades with the new EDIL-PSE Gris 32 insulating panel. This expanded polystyrene panel, made of graphite, fireproof and with a thermal conductivity of 0,032 W/mK, has obtained ACERMI certification, ensuring its quality and compliance with standards. It complies with the NF EN 13163+A2 standard and the requirements of the CPT of CSTB 3035 V3, and is validated for the ETICS systems' ÉTES, DTA, and AT, including the EDIL-Therm® PSE system from EDILTECO®.
EDIL-PSE Gris 32 is ideal for insulating 1st and 2nd family residential buildings (up to three floors), 2nd Group ERPs, 3rd family residential buildings, 1st Group ERPs, office buildings and industrial buildings. In accordance with the "Recommendation Guide - Fire protection of concrete and masonry facades coated with ITE systems by rendering on EPS (ETICS-PSE)" of September 2020, it has a reaction to fire (Euroclass E according to the CSTB PV), reaching classification B-s1, d0 in the ETICS EDIL-Therm® PSE system. The raw materials are certified by the LNE, in line with the requirements of IT 249 and version 2 of the Recommendation Guide - ETICS-PSE.
EDIL-PSE Gris 32 is a thermal insulation solution that complies with the requirements of the RE2020 environmental regulations. This product stands out for its excellent durability and innovation that eliminates the need for sun protection tarpaulin on scaffolding. Validated with all certified ETICS systems on the market, it guarantees optimal compatibility and performance.
With CE marking according to standard NF EN 13163, EDIL-PSE Gris 32 is easy to handle and install, reducing the strain on construction sites.
With its lightness and its simple and rapid implementation, this insulating panel allows building professionals to have a high-performance, durable thermal insulation solution that complies with new environmental regulations.
OLIMIXX GREEN, the virtuous light screed based on olive stones
EDILTECO® France is expanding its Green range with the OliMIXX Green screed, an innovative lightweight mortar incorporating crushed olive pits from the recycling of the olive oil industry. This unique composition reduces the weight of the mixture by around 55% compared to traditional concretes, thus offering an effective solution for lightening structures while maintaining high performance.
OliMIXX Green screed has a density of 1000 kg/m3, much lower than that of traditional concretes, making it particularly light. Its compressive strength exceeds 5 MPa after 28 days, guaranteeing solidity and durability. In addition, this screed is rot-proof and remarkably resistant to humid conditions and micro-organisms.
OliMIXX Green offers consistent quality with a yield of 10 kg/m2/cm thickness, facilitating the production of layers with a thickness varying from 5 cm to 15 cm and offering great flexibility for different applications. Suitable for varied climatic conditions, it can be used at temperatures ranging from +5 °C to +30 °C. Easy to handle, it is worked with the same tools and techniques as traditional screeds, allowing perfectly flat surfaces to be obtained by simply pulling with a ruler. Its implementation must comply with the NF DTU 26-2 standard relating to screeds and slabs based on hydraulic binders, thus ensuring efficient and compliant application on construction sites.
Two new high-performance joist references
EDILTECO® is strengthening its offering with two new joist references: EDIL-Voutain+ Up 15 and EDIL-Moulé Up 19. Certified by the CSTB, these high-performance products ensure optimum quality and reliability for projects requiring effective thermal insulation solutions. Designed to meet the requirements of thermal studies and the needs of building professionals, these joists stand out for their exceptional thermal performance. Developed in response to growing demand, EDIL-Voutain+ Up 15 and EDIL-Moulé Up 19 guarantee maximum energy efficiency, compliant with and even surpassing RE2020 standards.
The standard dimensions of these joists are defined by a center distance of 600 mm and a length of 600 mm (EDIL-Moulé) and 1260 mm (EDIL-Voutain+), with formwork heights of 120 mm and 150 mm. Equipped with a tongue insulating the underside of the joists, they effectively eliminate thermal bridges. Intended for buildings and individual houses on crawl spaces, they constitute a barrier to heat loss, thus improving the energy performance of homes.
Their excellent insulation qualities contribute to the construction of buildings that comply with, or even exceed, the bioclimatic requirements of RE2020. The CSTB NF certification attests to the mechanical resistance (> 150 daN) and the shape compatibility between the interjoists and the beams, as well as the thermal performance of the expanded polystyrene used (Lambda 0,035).
The EDILTECO® team will be present on the stand - Hall 1 stand N66 - to inform visitors about the exclusive qualities of these new solutions.
