With one controller per luminaire or per system, the SMART FACILITY MIST® solution is scalable. It adapts to the budget of professionals who can gradually equip themselves with detectors in order to ultimately obtain a very energy-efficient installation with extremely high-performance global intelligence.
SMART FACILITY MIST® controllers automatically detect all surrounding parameters, control lighting and instantly deliver the necessary brightness. By generating even more significant energy savings, this system contributes effectively to the energy transition and plays an important role in achieving the objectives set by the directives of the BACS 2023 and tertiary decrees.
The SMART FACILITY MIST® intelligent lighting system is developed and manufactured in Europe by EAS SOLUTIONS. It is repairable, configurable, recyclable and versatile, equipping both luminaires designed by EAS SOLUTIONS and its partners, and those designed and distributed by other manufacturers and integrators.
SMART FACILITY MIST® also retrofits existing LED luminaires in professional buildings. The system then brings, by means of connected switches and presence sensors, intelligence to LED installations that lack it, instantly saving 70% to 95% of energy.
How does this SMART FACILITY MIST® system work?
With SMART FACILITY MIST®, the possibilities become endless. The system interfaces indifferently by a simple connection to the CLOUD, hosted in Europe, to the private CLOUD or even to the dedicated server in the company.
If the user does not wish to be connected, the MIST function allows for an installation that operates completely independently. Indeed, once the interfaces have been programmed, all that is required is to power the installation for it to be autonomous, while retaining the "master/slave" or "multi-master" functions and without being connected to a network. An interface via the CLOUD provides the operator with energy consumption feedback, occupancy data, faults, etc.
LED luminaires are communication media equipped with on-board intelligence with controllers that connect, via a 2,4 GHz radio network, all kinds of detectors: environmental detectors with temperature, CO2, air quality and humidity, consumption measurement units (Powermeter), presence detectors and brightness detectors.
The controllers allow the setting of high, intermediate and low lighting levels, each with time delays as well as ramps up and down. There are several types of controllers: a 220V AC or 24V DC BOX controller that can equip any type of light and a Zhaga controller designed to work with Zhaga connectors such as the VICTORIA led light below equipped with controller and Zhaga detector compatible with SMART FACILITY MIST® intelligent lighting management system

The controller controls the lights in on/off, dimmable 0-10V, PWM and DALI. It also knows how to control, for example, the ignition of an HVAC (Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation) system, thus offering professionals the services of a mini BMS (Technical Building Management) which controls all the technical equipment of a building.
SMART FACILITY MIST® from EAS SOLUTIONS is an open system compatible with BACnet (Building Automation and Control Networks) and Modbus (RS485) interface. It allows different smart lighting equipment to communicate with each other and especially to communicate with other building control systems such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, thus optimizing the overall management of the site and its energy consumption.
The system also has an API (Application Programming Interface) that allows third-party applications to communicate and interact with it to further improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of the installation. The SMART FACILITY MIST® system is guaranteed for 5 years.
