Through this acquisition, the Duval Group, a player in the real estate market, is extending the scope of its sports activities, thus opening the way to one of the largest French golf networks for French players. The two networks are geographically complementary.
BlueGreen, a subsidiary of the Saur Group, achieved a turnover of 2021 million euros in 58,4. The company operates 46 golf courses.
Ugolf, for its part, manages 59 golf courses and achieved a turnover of 55 million euros.
