A graduate of Sup'TG Reims Néoma Business School and a CESA Marketing and Sales Department of HEC, Dominique Granseigne, 49, has benefited from a long career in the construction world and has extensive experience in this universe.
Beginning his career in the world of portable power tools as a sales representative at Hilti, Bosch then Metabo, in 2000 he became General Manager of a professional basketball club.
In 2006, he was appointed Sales Manager France of Isoroy, specialist in the Ossature Bois House, then joined Monier as South Regional Director, a position he held for 8 years. In 2016, he took on the co-management of Geoxia IDF and was responsible for the commercial development of the Maison Familiale and Maison Castor brands. It was during his mission within Geoxia that he was elected President of Domexpo, an association which brings together builders of individual houses around Expo villages.
Dominique Granseigne joined Xella in February 2019 as Sales Director for France, and was responsible for merging the Ytong and Cellumat sales forces, a company newly bought by the group. A year later, the sales department for Spain entered its scope, which is still expanding today with the marketing and product development departments for the Siporex, Ytong, Multipor, Hebel and Silka brands.
Since taking up various posts, the company's commercial structure has been redesigned and is now organized around:

- Arnaud Zinsch (Saint-Savin, East Region)
- Ingrid Quantin (Mios, West Region)
- Jean-Marc Cuinez (Saint-Saulve, North Region).
- 1 National Individual House Manager, Tatiana Guillot, arrived on November 8, who is responsible for developing this market segment thanks to the strengths of cellular concrete and its compliance with the RE 2020.
- 1 Technical and product quality manager, Arnaud Porte.
- 1 ADV manager, Julie Didone.
- 1 Hebel / Ytong Sales Director for tertiary and industrial projects and fire separating walls, Pascal Meulders.
- 1 Sales Director Spain, Juan Irastorza and his team of 3 people.
- 1 GSB Sales Director, Eric Criquioche and his team of 4 people to lead this network.
In order to best meet the needs for cellular concrete in the various construction sectors, the Xella sales team is now more substantial. We should indeed note the establishment of a team of 6 Business Sales Managers from January 2022, whose mission will be to develop sales and partnerships in the sectors of single-family homes, collective housing, urban renewal and fire protection where Xella has a 4h fire protection product, all heights from 15 cm.
