Docaposte supports Anah in the deployment of MaPrimeRénov '

In January 2020, Anah set up MaPrimeRénov ', a system that offers the most modest owner-occupants assistance to carry out energy renovation work on their homes.

Since January 1, 2021, this assistance has been offered to all owner-occupiers, owner-lessors as well as condominium managers. This expansion of the number of beneficiaries, in support of the government's recovery plan, has led to a sharp increase in the number of cases to be investigated.

Thus, since its implementation in 2020, Anah has received more than 700 applications for MaPrimeRénov 'assistance. Currently more than 000 files are submitted daily. Despite the difficult conditions linked to the health crisis and its impacts, Anah and Docaposte have been able to adapt to meet this demand.

In this context, and after winning the public call for tenders, Docaposte manages both the examination of the “MaPrimeRénov '” help files, and the management of the call center and user assistance ( phone, emails and web forms). The instruction and assistance components are operated through the multichannel platform which has the technological bricks necessary for dematerialized management of files. The volume of cases to be processed mobilizes several hundred employees based in the regions on French territory on a daily basis.

Docaposte stood out for its expertise in handling all the services expected by Anah, by bringing together know-how on the processing of requests for assistance and personalized assistance from citizens for the constitution of their files. His skills to manage the ramp-up of the device were also decisive in the choice of Anah.

Docaposte is thus demonstrating its ability to support public bodies in their transformation and the digitization of their services to citizens by offering, within limited time limits, a national multichannel platform for the relationship between a public operator and its users.
