For this, the name of the point of sale will also be further highlighted under the logo of the group.
The symbolic colors yellow and black, as well as the symbol of the house specific to Tout Faire are kept but the logo has been simplified, refined and modernized.
A new store concept to be even closer to its customers
Tout Faire has designed, with an architectural firm, new practical and intelligent layouts for its stores in order to meet the new expectations of professionals and individuals. They have been designed in the image of the group to be even more welcoming and warm.
Each store will be organized in the form of a module to clarify the offers and services offered for an easier and more comprehensive customer journey. This new concept will be flexible and adaptable to all situations so that each member finds himself there and feels good. The stores are not only product showcases, they are also the very embodiment of the values of the group and of each of its members.
And service has a very special place since it is part of the DNA of Tout Faire. This is why this new store concept places particular emphasis on simple and practical tools which aim to simplify the lives of customers: a box collect system will be made available in front of the stores to withdraw their orders more easily. and more freely. The reception counter will be redesigned for better contact, and workspaces will be made available to individuals and professionals to build their future projects together.
These first store concepts will be set up in Angoulême and Valence.
Stores that go green to become active and dynamic ecological players
Green: a third color to be integrated into the new Tout Faire. For this, the group wants to exceed regulatory expectations to become a reference in the reduction of their ecological impact and ecological renovation.
The energy consumption of the buildings will be reduced with the revision of the heating and lighting systems. Green energy will be created with the arrangement of voltaic panels on the roofs of the 480 points of sale and in the car parks.
To support its members in this new, greener era, Tout Faire has identified an expert design office to help them undertake administrative procedures, technical studies, various declarations and the preparation of the financing file.
The greener footprint of the group will also go through the promotion of Made in France products, French know-how and the values of rurality and proximity to locals. The carbon footprint is thus reduced. It also advocates reducing its environmental impact by choosing biosourced materials.

The Tout Faire school is making a comeback! The group thus wishes to ensure the transmission of trade know-how. This training will thus assure suppliers and partners that their products and innovations will be highlighted to customers.
They will make it possible to welcome new employees and familiarize them with the values of the group. Several training courses, recognized and certified by the State, will be offered from March, including that of becoming a branch manager at Bac+2 level or commercial training at Bac level.
