Since September 2022, Würth customers have seen a new section appear in their space: my Top Products. It groups together its favorite products which correspond to the most ordered products via all sales channels! The frequency of purchase as well as the availability of the products are also indicated. This feature allows them to buy the products again in 1 click.

The order template and barcode catalog

Since October 2022, Würth customers can create an order template: simply go to the Eshop account, section "Order template" and click on "Create an order template". Otherwise, it is possible to create one from the basket, by adding all the products that are there. It is possible to create several order models by theme (eg PPE, screws, chemicals, etc.). Once created, it can be reused with each new order. With a single click, the content of the order template is transferred to the shopping cart but remains editable.

Order templates can also turn into a barcode catalog. These catalogs make it possible to generate a barcode for each product. It will then be enough to scan the barcodes using the mobile application so that they are directly added to the basket!
