“The health situation did not allow us to come together physically, but it was important to meet, even from a distance. The Diapason Forum allows us to interact with our users, to listen to them and helps to strengthen our partnership. I would like to thank our three speakers for their sharing of experience. The appointment is made for next year, hoping to be able to meet face-to-face. " - Laurent HARISTOY - Director of ISIA operations
Launch of a program to build the Diapason of tomorrow with its users
To introduce this morning of discussions, Benjamin TARRIER, Product Director of the ELCIA Group and Laurent HARISTOY, Director of ISIA operations, began by presenting the Diapason short and long term roadmap. With a preview announcement: the launch of a co-construction program. Its objective: to set up workshops (interviews, vis-ma-vie, tests, discussion groups, etc.) between Diapason customers and ISIA teams in order to co-build the Diapason of tomorrow in collaboration with its users.
Three Diapason user feedbacks
Bruno COUTON - CIO BATISTYL: the ELCIA sales configurator from Diapason
Bruno COUTON, CIO of BATISTYL, a Diapason customer since 2011, spoke on the interface of the ELCIA Sales Configurator with Diapason. Following the departure of the internal resource in charge of updating supplier catalogs for negotiated products, the choice was made to interface the ELCIA sales configurator with Diapason. The objective: to minimize this activity of updating catalogs while making the costing of the BATISTYL trading offer more reliable.
Thanks to this interface, the updates of negotiated offers in Diapason are now automatic, eliminating manual re-entry and thus saving an internal resource. In addition, the BATISTYL sales force has access to reliable, up-to-date, complete or personalized supplier offers, with labels, images and precise costing, in complete autonomy.
Armande LORENTZ - CETIH Project Pole Manager: the implementation of EDI between the costing tools and the Diapason production tool
Armande LORENTZ, Project Pole Manager of CETIH, who has been using Diapason since 2006, then spoke about the implementation of EDI between costing tools and Diapason.
The challenge: to improve and optimize the costs of managing and updating commercial scenarios as well as the digital order integration chain (cumbersome library management, need to make order entry more reliable and ensure the harmonization.)
With the introduction of EDI, the order processing load has been significantly reduced thanks to the elimination of manual re-entry and the risk of errors. The quality of orders received has increased, with configuration data consistent with the order. It is precious time that has been saved, to devote to customer requests.
David BOZON - GROSFILLEX Project Manager: implementation of WMS (warehouse management) Diapason
To close this sharing of feedback, David BOZON, Project Manager at GROSFILLEX intervened on the implementation of the Diapason WMS (warehouse management).
User since 2011, the challenges of this implementation were threefold: integrating warehouse management with other functions (in particular sales management), simplifying the application landscape and reducing the number of interfaces while supporting changes in business lines ( new transport flows, organizational change, etc.).
The benefits of implementing the WMS were immediate: time savings in the execution of shipments, reduction of preparation errors, and increase in stock reliability with the implementation of performance indicators.
