D+H Mechatronic opens its new subsidiary in France

Already present on the French market for many years thanks to an efficient network of distributors/installers, the D+H group has chosen to get closer to its customers. The group took over the activities and personnel of its oldest partner, Alu Technologie Services (ATS).

D+H France will thus immediately benefit from the valuable know-how of ATS employees, will strengthen its links with current distributors and will have a first storage point in France.

D+H targets new strategic partnerships

The D+H France subsidiary will make it possible to strengthen proximity to the French market, improve satisfaction of customer needs and create new strategic partnerships. The main objective remains to strengthen its presence throughout the country and increase the volume of business in France.

This new subsidiary will also make it possible to actively participate in the design of standards and requirements adapted to smoke extraction. This proximity strategy is accompanied by the launch of new solutions, compliant with the NF S61-938 and NF EN 12101-2 standards and therefore with the specific needs of the French market.

Laurent Lenoble appointed head of D+H France

The new entity is headed by Laurent Lenoble, currently manager of D+H BeLux, whose head office is located in Pontpierre in Luxembourg.

The geographical proximity of the two D+H subsidiaries will create synergies between the two markets and the two companies.

Laurent Lenoble will be assisted by Joël Ferry as Managing Director. The latter will use his long experience as manager of ATS for the good of the new entity.
