Elément Terre joined NGE by integrating the Group's decontamination activity, represented by the subsidiary Bérengier Dépollution, whose historic site is located in Pays-de-Loire, near Nantes.

Thanks to its expertise, its capacity for innovation and its pragmatic approach, Elément Terre offers global solutions for the management of polluted sites, from design to project implementation, based on a circular economy approach. The solutions are aimed at private and public companies: real estate developers, planners or industrialists. Elément Terre operates throughout France and its neighboring countries, on site, during the company's activity, at the time of cessation of activity, acquisitions, sales, dismantling or reconversion of land. Element Terre is MASE and LNE certified for polluted sites and soils.

Element Terre has been involved in research and development since its inception. In terms of achievements, we can cite Cartorisk, a decision-making tool for defining a costed development plan for the transformation of brownfield sites. Among the latest projects carried out by Elément Terre, we note the decontamination of a former oil depot as part of the development of a new city district in the Paris region. This decontamination was carried out on a site of several hectares, by extracting and destroying pollutants on site.
