To support all its organizational chart customers in managing their keychains, Dény Security, the French leader in this field, presents its LOGICLÉS secure web portal.

LOGICLÉS, accessible from a computer or a smartphone, is a simplified management software for organization charts and sets of keys. Thanks to this service, available on annual subscription, customers can access their secure space at any time. Once logged in using their username and password, they can:

• consult their organization chart, change the designations of accesses and passes, administer authorizations by indicating the persons authorized to order passes and keys and find their history with a single click. All the modifications made are validated in real time by the dedicated Dény Security service, which allows site managers to download their systematically up-to-date organization chart in Excel or Acrobat format,
• manage all of their keychains by assigning keys and passes to authorized users, by issuing them an accessory (a remote control, for example), all while specifying a desired return date with the possibility of creating a keychain holding sheet and/or a discount coupon. In the event of non-return, an alert is then automatically sent by email and SMS. But even more, thanks to LOGICLÉS, the establishment managers know precisely which holder has which key and which accesses are open by whom.
