At the same time, the French manufacturer offers its customers a turnkey service for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of its products, a real guarantee of the durability of the installations.
Faced with a growth in activity over the last two years and under the impetus of the new management, Dény Security is today reaching a new milestone and reorganizing its Installation and Commissioning department in order to further improve the quality of service to its customers.
As the first step in this new organization, Dény Security announces the appointment of Xavier Duvillard, 38, as Regional Manager for “Installation and Commissioning”. Previously a site manager within the company for nearly 15 years and holder of a higher technician certificate, he knows the company, its products and the needs of its customers perfectly. As part of a team of 11 people, his mission consists in particular of monitoring the construction sites in progress in the Paris region, where Dény Security’s most important activity is located.
At the same time, Dény Security has expanded its team of 5 site managers and 3 installation technicians with:
- two system technicians responsible for strategic markets in Ile de France such as Paris Roissy and Orly Airports,
- an assistant, the driving force behind the back office, with the ambition of systematically giving clients a clear vision of the status of their worksite, the date of Dény Security's intervention, the blocking points if there are any and the actions to be taken to overcome these potential difficulties.
The recruitment of a mechanical technician is currently underway.
In addition, a weekly steering committee is set up to ensure the smooth running of projects, in the presence of Antoine Douville, Deputy General Manager, the Technical Department and some of the operational teams. The objective: to monitor the progress of the work, ensure that objectives are achieved, deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Other actions initiated in the service of quality include:
- investment in project management software to manage all of the department's activities. This provides much better visibility to customers by automatically informing them when a project is planned or postponed, but also automates a number of tasks such as intervention reports and signing of acceptance reports. Currently being deployed, this new application should integrate all projects from September,
- measuring the satisfaction rate with each delivery of the acceptance report and, monthly, measuring the service rate by comparing the delivery date of the site with the initial promise made to customers,
- wider use of a panel of trusted local partners for the installation and maintenance of products on a national scale, placed under the responsibility of a site manager from the Installation and Commissioning department.
For Antoine Douville, Deputy General Manager: « With the long-term aim of expanding and professionalizing this network through training and certification as an official partner of Dény Security guaranteeing the same quality of service, all candidates, SMEs specializing in the installation of locks and/or the commissioning of electronic systems, are welcome. »
In addition to these improvements, Dény Security offers a comprehensive range of existing services such as the technical hotline available 5 days a week, on-site product maintenance contracts, technical on-call 7 days a week and 7 hours a day on contracts.
Allowing Dény Security to handle complex projects in the best possible conditions, on high-risk or long-term sites throughout the country, this new organization of the Installation and Commissioning service is already bearing fruit.
For Antoine Douville, Deputy General Manager: « We have already received initial positive feedback from our customers, which confirms our desire to mark a significant and rapid change in the framework of our service provision, with the ambition of being the leader in high security solutions on the French market, one of our strategic axes. »
