1.700 m² from the reconditioning of 2 modular buildings
A pioneer in this emerging real estate reuse business, the Nantes-based company Deltamod, a specialist in the repurchase, reconditioning and transfer of modular off-site buildings in France since 2013, relies on its new 3.000m² factory, unique in France, because designed and dedicated to the reconditioning of industrialized buildings, and the 30.000 m² of storage area to accommodate modular buildings available in order to respond immediately to customer requests, but not only.
DELTAMOD ensures a permanent "sourcing" of opportunities and availability of unexploited modular buildings in order to offer recovery solutions to all stakeholders. This is the case with this reconditioning project for which Deltamod identified 2 modular buildings available from two large French companies, PSA (Peugeot, Citroën) and SANOFI.

1.700 m² transferred, reconditioned, completed in 10 months
Deltamod thus transferred from the PSA Sochaux group (25), 1.270 m² of offices hitherto used for the development of the Citroën DS brand on the new site to initiate the reconditioning and the new layout under the direction of the Deltamod teams and the assistance of partners / providers.
For the next 430 m², Deltamod turned to SANOFI (60) which no longer had the use of an administrative building. This program was completely "retrofitted" in the Deltamod reconditioning plant before reaching the final site to complete the needs in one body.
Result, two separate sources but a single final building with a level of interior finishes close to a new operation, on 3 levels (R + 2) in a record time of 5 months for the operational part and 10 months including the period of 'study.
The circular economy and the off-site open the field of possibilities
Environmental issues make reuse a priority and allow the development of a new model, more economical, more virtuous because it is more sober. The choice to use the refurbished becomes a mark of commitment as much as of being an economic opportunity.
