Developed by its Commercial Real Estate teams, it benefits from a workspace organization designed by Nexity General Contracting and an interior design by Morning. Innovative and sustainable, Reiwa perfectly reflects the group's values of cross-functionality and synergy.
Reiwa (1): Nexity's new shared home

This new headquarters reflects "life together," according to Nexity. Reflecting the group's new organization, it is designed to accommodate all employees in a flexible office environment, whether based at headquarters or in the region, as well as those visiting.
This connected building promotes new hybrid working methods, facilitating exchanges, collaboration, and creativity. The spaces are open, decompartmentalized, and organized so that each team has its own territory. A signature Cœur space, located on the 4th and 5th floors, illustrates the building's openness: the executive management offices sit alongside a vast "social hub" area composed of coworking spaces accessible to all, for working alone or in groups. Complemented by other coworking zones, relaxation areas, and high-tech equipped meeting rooms, the complex forms an interconnected ecosystem of more than 80 collaborative spaces.
For Véronique Bédague, Chairwoman and CEO of the Nexity group: "I am very pleased to celebrate the lasting trust that the Saint-Ouen town hall, now led by Karim Bouamrane, has placed in us for over 20 years. The shared history of Nexity and Saint-Ouen began with the development of the Docks and continued through to the Athletes' Village. Today, by choosing to anchor our headquarters in Saint-Ouen, we are placing Nexity's future at the heart of this region. It is now here that our collective creativity comes to life, serving the city of tomorrow."
For Jean-Claude Bassien, Deputy Managing Director of Nexity: "It is with great pride that I join Reiwa, accompanied by all the Nexity teams. The opening of our shared home symbolizes the entry into a new era for our transformed group. We have an exceptional, high-quality working environment to pursue our mission of building the city of tomorrow."
Reiwa: Much more than just an office building

Designed by architects Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, who also designed the Lyon Vaise regional headquarters, Reiwa stands out for its visionary architecture. The 8-story building interacts with the city: on one side, a glass façade that echoes the architectural codes of the tertiary sector, and on the other, outdoor spaces and circulation: walkways and planted terraces, inspired by residential areas. This ambitious building spans 25.000 m² and offers modern and flexible workspaces.
Nexity occupies half of the building, taking into account its resizing and new remote working methods. In agreement with the investor, OFI Invest, the remainder of the building will be open for subletting. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a dynamic and inspiring work environment for all employees.
Reiwa: a sustainable and service-oriented commitment
Nexity is committed to an exemplary reuse approach for its new headquarters. 70% of the workspace furniture, including 95% of the office chairs and storage cabinets, as well as 20% of the desks and 95% of the audiovisual equipment, are reused from Solstys, the previous headquarters.
Nexity also repurposed 8.000 Solstys items through sales and donations to employees and charities. Nearly 1.000 have found a second life with employees. Reiwa provides over 4.500 m² of services. These include a variety of restaurants and cafes, a rooftop equipped with an amphitheater and a summer kitchen, a kiosk built with recycled materials, a tiered auditorium with over 2 seats, and a recording studio. The building has 130 parking spaces, 212 of which are equipped with electric charging stations, and over 78 m² of bicycle storage space that can accommodate over 395 non-motorized two-wheelers, including a repair workshop.
Reiwa's estimated energy consumption will be 18% lower than Solstys'.
Reiwa: a strong commitment to Saint-Ouen
For 20 years, Nexity has contributed to the development and planning of Saint-Ouen, with projects such as the Docks residential district, the headquarters of the Île-de-France Region, and more recently the athletes' village. The group's employees are proud to have participated in the transformation of Saint-Ouen, a model of peaceful social diversity. When the opportunity to settle there presented itself, the decision was obvious, as the city's evolution is so aligned with Nexity's vision as an urban operator.
