DANOloft®, design and acoustics guaranteed
With their Danish style and their square micro-perforations (3,5 x 3,5 mm) closest to the edges of the slab, DANOloft® plaster ceilings combine minimalism, aesthetics and a monolithic look. DANOloft® tiles also display optimum acoustic comfort (absorption up to αw = 0,75).
Composed of 30% recycled plaster, DANOloft® tiles are available in two sizes of 600 x 600 mm and 1200 x 600 mm for a thickness of 12,5 mm.
Painted white (RAL 9003), DANOloft® slabs can also be personalized by painting or digital printing.
A response adapted to the acoustic correction of interior rooms with large volumes and high ceilings, DANOloft® tiles are also suitable for modern housing, thus making it possible to make spaces, such as lofts or mezzanines, aesthetic and comfortable on a daily basis.
DANOloft®: extremely simple, ultra-fast installation with no visible framework
Screwed edge to edge, the DANOloft® acoustic ceiling tiles are fixed by simple screwing on a metal frame or wooden frame. The screws (45 x 28 mm) painted white ensure a perfect finish down to the smallest detail by concealing themselves discreetly within the perforations. Knauf recommends 8 for 600 x 600 mm slabs and 13 for 1200 x 600 mm slabs.
Installation is therefore intended to be particularly easy, with a choice of two alternatives: central line with stone joint installation or aligned joint installation, while respecting a distance between the frames of 300 mm (metal frame CD 60/27 furs, frame wood cleats 60/22 mm minimum).
DANOloft®: acoustics for everyone and optimal performance
DANOloft® tiles, ready to install, therefore stand out as a new solution to make the installation of elegant acoustic tiles accessible to everyone and in all types of buildings. Classified in fire A2-s1, d0, DANOloft® acoustic tiles are also intended for wall installation from a minimum height of 1,80 metres.
This quick-to-install Knauf innovation will particularly appeal to public buildings, such as hotels and restaurants in the renovation phase, since it has the shortest downtime. Still in renovation, DANOloft® has a significant advantage thanks to a plenum reduced to only 22 mm on a wooden frame, generating no loss of living space.
DANOloft® tiles also guarantee optimal indoor air quality. They benefit from Knauf Cleaneo® technology, which continuously reduces VOCs. DANOloft® slabs are also labeled Excell Zone Verte and have an FDES.
For Emmanuel Blaudez, Ceilings Market Manager: “DANOloft® is the first solution on the market to combine such ease of implementation, with aesthetics and acoustic comfort. DANOloft® thus opens up new perspectives in the world of acoustic ceilings and wall coverings. »
