Thus, as a preview on its stand, DAL'ALU will present a “dual use” approach to its aluminum solutions in gutters, facades and roofs.
To perform in this new approach, DAL'ALU forms tactical commercial partnerships and plays the role of accelerator for these French companies with innovative concepts, recently identified on the construction market.
Gutter: recovery of rainwater
Faced with a scarcity of water resources and increasingly severe droughts, based on the observation that 50% of a household's daily water consumption does not need to be drinkable, the use of rainwater constitutes an essential solution.
The principle is simple: collect and drain rainwater that falls on roofs using gutters, store it and recycle it by using it in the home to supply toilets, washing machines, for watering or cleaning outdoors, etc.
DAL'ALU, by partnering with AQUALYO (a brand of the Aramis group), offers a connected, controlled, autonomous and above all aesthetic solution for individuals. The whole ambition of this collaboration is based on a complete and personalized proposal, either fully integrated into the building or an object of exterior decoration.
Equipped with a smartphone application, the entire system, connected to the domestic network, makes it possible to measure the volume of water needed to be stored and based on usage and rainfall statistics from the last 10 years.
Facade: thermal enhancement
If claddings until now gave new life to facades, DAL'ALU transforms them into a heating and air conditioning solution. DAL'ALU and AIRBOOSTER combine their know-how and adapt their products to jointly launch an innovative concept on the energy renovation market.
In winter, this lightweight system recovers the heat from the sun captured by the aluminum cladding, the hot air is then blown inside the facade.
In summer, the programmed ventilation does not start during the day. Cooling takes place at night when fresh air from outside is ventilated inside thanks to a high air flow.
Roofing: solar enhancement
DAL'ALU's aluminum standing seam roofing systems adapt to all types of architecture. This versatility has made it possible to develop a universal photovoltaic innovation in collaboration with the family business WATTKISS, which advocates the aesthetic integration of solar energy into buildings.
This solution, validated by the CSTB (ATEx an°3064-V1), makes it possible to produce solar energy without any perforation of the roof, thanks to the fixing of flexible and lightweight photovoltaic films (3kg/m2), by adhesion to the standing seam aluminum roofing elements.
To establish its 2024 ambitions, DAL'ALU will present all of these new products on 99 m2 on the BATIMAT stand H1-T066, which is fully in line with its orientations. It was entirely designed with the company GIMMIC DESIGN, a Bordeaux company that makes reuse its guiding principle. This stand, made from industrial waste, will be 100% reused by DAL'ALU for the creation of showrooms, demonstration stands, etc.
