Crédit Agricole Immobilier Corporate et Promotion is innovating for its future “Be Fine” residential program located in Melun in Seine-et-Marne with a low-carbon off-site construction method. The innovation lies both in the choice to build off-site and to use prefabricated hemp concrete and wood panels from the WALL'UP Préfa factory located in Seine-et-Marne.
