Because if “the sector wishes to restore confidence, it must work on the concretization of a regulatory framework making it possible to guarantee the skills and know-how of the diagnostician. » indicates Yannick Ainouche, President of the CDI FNAIM.
He pursues : “We want to move forward quickly, so the CDI FNAIM will launch a collaborative platform in early January that will be accessible to all diagnosticians. Place of exchanges, it will have vocation to concretize together the contours of the card D and to reflect on what we want to do of our sector in the general interest. Everyone will be able to express themselves, and we will make sure to bring all of the words of the diagnosticians to the attention of the Minister. »
A D card co-constructed with the entire profession
As of January 9, the CDI FNAIM will put online a participatory platform accessible to all diagnosticians in France. The objective is simple: collectively carry out a democratic reflection with a call for contributions in order to build the contours of map D and its implications.
Several very concrete topics will be launched on a weekly basis so that everyone can contribute their ideas.
For example:
- What will be the guarantees offered by this professional card, for individuals and professionals alike?
- What will be the prerequisites for obtaining the D card?
- How will the independent authority that will issue the D card work?
- What will be the rules to be followed and the penalties in the event of a breach of the rules?
- Etc
The topics will be offered in the form of an open conversation where everyone can present their point of view. The objective is thus to create a consensus to allow the opinion of the diagnosticians to be integrated into the creation of the D card.
The CDI FNAIM also wishes to include in this project the payment of the services of diagnosticians for sale, that is to say at the notary, as for real estate agents, with a tariff base which would be a percentage on the sale price. Diagnosticians will no longer have to manage long processes for collecting their invoices, which are legion in this profession. A question that will also be discussed on the platform.
Reminder of the proposals made by the CDI FNAIM
- Supervision of DPE tariffs with the establishment of a floor price below which the DPE could not be sold in order to avoid price cuts which inevitably lead to a deterioration in quality.
- A settlement with the notary at the time of the sale (if the customer has still not paid) to avoid unpaid bills that plague the profession
- A certification system more adapted to the sector for small and large companies: that diagnostic entrepreneurs now have the choice between company certification and personal certification.
- The creation of a real professional branch, with the creation of a "D" card issued by an independent authority
