Covid-19: A mini-site of the Urssaf to inform companies about the new exemption measures

In order to take into account the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on economic activity, the Government, from the start of the crisis, implemented exceptional measures to support companies that are experiencing cash flow difficulties. The public authorities have increased support for businesses and the self-employed in priority sectors as well as artist-authors.

To give more visibility to companies in difficulty, Urssaf is setting up a dedicated mini-site. The purpose of this site is to support the public concerned by providing them with a first level of information on these measures, which will be the subject of a debate in Parliament and will be specified by the third amending finance law for 2020 and by decrees. .

The companies concerned:

Companies with less than 250 employees sectors of the hotel, catering, tourism, events, sport, culture, air transport and sectors whose activity is closely linked to that of the aforementioned sectors (fishing, laundry, etc. .)
Companies with less than 50 employees sectors of activity which benefited from a deferral of payment of contributions and which justify a decrease of at least 50% in their turnover compared to the same period in 2019.
Companies with less than 10 employees other business sectors that have been subject to administrative closure
Self-employed workers excluding self-employed: sectors of the hotel, catering, tourism, events, sport, culture, air transport sectors whose activity is closely linked to that of the aforementioned sectors (viticulture, fishing, laundry, etc.)
Self-employed: hotel, catering, tourism, events, sport, culture, air transport or sectors whose activity is closely linked to that of the aforementioned sectors (viticulture, fishing, laundry , etc.)
