Corimmo Invest launches the construction of a Hotel-Restaurant division

Located in the town of Esmans, in Seine-et-Marne, 23 kilometers from Fontainebleau, this future real estate complex will include six brands including four restaurants, a hotel and a bar for a total rental area of ​​4.060 m².

The complex will also include 229 outdoor parking spaces, including 24 equipped with charging points for electric vehicles and 8 reserved for people with disabilities, to guarantee access to the complex for everyone.

CORIMMO Invest will intervene in this operation as a promoter, but also as an investor and will remain the owner of the land for three of the six brands that will be leased in BEFA (2 restaurants and 1 bakery). The other 3 are sold off-plan (1 Asian restaurant, 1 hotel and 1 bar).

This achievement will complement the offer already present in the Bréau commercial space, made up of around forty merchant and restaurant brands (E. Leclerc; Flunch; Decathlon; Micromania, etc.).

CORIMMO Invest entrusts the company COREAL, from the same group, with the realization of this turnkey project. In addition, the structure of all the buildings will be made up of a metal frame, respectful of the environment, a hallmark of the COREAL Group.

A construction respectful of the Water Act

Built on former bare land by the roadside, this complex will meet European water standards, set by the environment code.

Thus, CORRIMO Invest ensures that resources and environments are not degraded, that water bodies are in good condition, and that pollution linked to substances is reduced.

All of the rainwater from the project will be stored and filtered on the right-of-way of the plot in order to eliminate the impact of this project on the functioning of local groundwater.

In addition, as the project impacts the watersheds of peripheral land, runoff water will be collected and then directed towards infiltration valleys.
