Copanel, high quality facade cladding

Made exclusively from natural mineral materials, Copanel is a breathable and waterproof facade cladding. Made of high-density fiber cement plates, it combines lightness and unrivaled resistance capabilities.

Its manufacturing process - double compression and stabilization in autoclave (300 kg/cm2) - gives it optimal consistency and durability performance (resistance to frost, pollution and mold). This very strong material is specially designed so that facades can best resist the attacks of time.

The Copanel range is available in three solutions which adapt to the environment and the specificities of each building:

• Copanel Hydro: Water-repellent treated fiber cement boards, mass-tinted and available in 12 colors.
• Copanel Antigraffiti: Fiber cement boards with a non-porous surface transformed using a transparent UV varnishing process, available in 12 mass-tinted colors. Particularly suitable for applications on the base of buildings, Copanel Antigraffiti does not retain any specter of removed tags after cleaning.
• Copanel Color: Surface-tinted fiber cement boards available in 8 standard colors and more than 300 RAL and NCS shades on request, opening up wide possibilities in terms of architectural decor.

Unique material effects for uniquely rendered facades

Sometimes pastel, sometimes strong, Copanel is available in a wide palette of colors which gives free rein to the imagination of architects.

The pigments used to make it give the coating its own material effects. The natural shades and mineral appearance of Copanel make each panel unique.

Directly tinted in the mass, Copanel Hydro and Copanel Antigraffiti have the particularity of not revealing any scratches suffered by the coating.

Buildings with increased energy performance

Edged and squared in the factory, the fiber cement sheets can be cut and drilled before their delivery to the site to allow simple and rapid installation by the installation company.

Made on a wooden or metal frame, the mechanical fixing of the panels by screws or rivets allows the circulation of a blade of air between the internal face of the plates and the installation surface which ensures the natural ventilation of the facade and avoids the formation of condensation.

The Copanel cladding eliminates any phenomenon of thermal bridges. The cladding actively contributes to the exterior thermal insulation of buildings and improves their energy performance.
