For Christophe Possémé, President of CCCA-BTP: “At a time when it is more crucial than ever to train young people, particularly through apprenticeships, we wanted to be present in force at the heart of the challenges under the colors of the “Construction” campaign, which we work with young people with building and public works professionals. In our professions, young people looking for their professional orientation have a solid future assured, which offers great career prospects. Most of the competitors were trained through apprenticeship, thanks to the daily involvement of their apprenticeship master in the company and their trainers in the training center. The 113 young medal-winning champions of the construction pole have once again demonstrated their talent and professionalism, as well as their perfect mastery in the practice of their profession. As part of this national skills competition and with a view to the international final of the WorldSkills Competition in Lyon in 2024, the CCCA-BTP has signed a new partnership agreement with WorldSkills France, as it is important to take advantage of this exceptional showcase to put young people and our construction professions in the spotlight, to assert loud and clear that apprenticeship is more than ever a path that leads to excellence and success. »
