True levers for growth, green and green jobs evolve every day and affect many sectors. It is therefore necessary to take stock with all those involved in education, training, recruitment and classification. It is with this objective that ADEME Brittany, in partnership with the State (DIRECCTE, DREAL), the Region and the GIP employment-training relationship (GREF Brittany), is organizing on Thursday September 28, 2017, a day of reflection on the green professions of tomorrow in Brittany. This is the first conference of this type in France.
"The ADEME wishes, in its fields of intervention, to participate in the development of skills of the actors of employment and training of the territory on several levels, explains Gilles PETITJEAN, regional director of ADEME Brittany. This is to contribute to enriching the implementation of an “Employment” strategy making it possible to identify the risks of skills shortages and to spread efficient recommendations or operational solutions on the territory ”.
This day is aimed at employment and guidance counselors, trainers and teachers, representatives of professional sectors in the sectors of ecological and energy transition; to institutions, consular chambers, local authorities, social partners. It will allow us to share a common culture on observatory data, perspectives and prospects. The different players will be able to work together and better respond to job seekers and people wishing to position themselves in these new professions.
