ARTIBAT, the business fair for construction professionals in the West, and NOVABUILD, the climate solutions ally for construction and real estate players in Pays de la Loire, are joining forces once again to promote solutions innovations from construction startups.
Thursday, October 22, 2020, let's take up the challenge of the decade together for a day 100% online 100% renovation
2020 is year zero, that of a starting point where the issue of the climate crisis becomes central. Part of the problem, our industry is therefore also part of the solution. ARTIBAT and NOVABUILD have set themselves the ambition with CIRQ 2020 to facilitate the massification of renovation, a “climate solution” in response to the mitigation and adaptation to climate change now necessary for our construction sector. Massifying means innovating: an innovation that is both technical and organizational to remove blockages. This is the reason why they launched a call for solutions to facilitate the renovation with startups.
On Thursday, October 22, ARTIBAT and NOVABUILD invite you to an event dedicated to innovative approaches and feedback from the field for quality, efficient renovation on thermal and environmental aspects, taking users into account.
Throughout the day, sequences of presentation of the innovative solutions brought by the 10 CIRQ 2020 winners will alternate with thematic sequences of field experts and feedback on: innovation to massify, renovation of built heritage, massification in individual and collective housing, the circular economy in renovation.
Marjolaine MEYNIER MILLEFERT, Member of Parliament and co-President of the PREB (Building Energy Renovation Program) and Sabine BASILI, President of the National Program for the Quality of Construction and Energy Transition, will open this day. They will present the renovation plan, the resources allocated by the government thanks to the recovery plan and the solutions proposed by the companies. Laurent ROSSEZ, President of NOVABUILD, and Michel BROCHU, President of CAPEB Pays de la Loire, will award at the close, the first 3 laureates.
CIRQ 2020 dedicates 10 startups specializing in renovation
Selected by a jury of experts after a large call for applications, the CIRQ system increases the visibility of project leaders and startups who innovate for the construction industry. The 2020 edition has kept all of its promises with around ten selected projects, including 3 projects particularly noted for their renovation solution.
“Like the startups that we promote, CIRQ must be agile and adapt to the surrounding context. In 2020, it will therefore be a 100% virtual edition to talk about real concerns: How to innovate in renovation for buildings that are more respectful of our environment? "
-Valérie Sfartz, director of the ARTIBAT exhibition
“The massification of renovation is a key element for the success of the low carbon strategy of construction and real estate. Many solutions exist and are struggling to take hold on the market. CIRQ will be an opportunity to give them visibility and will allow NOVABUILD to begin to establish a catalog of "climate solutions" useful for construction and real estate players. "
-Pierre-Yves Legrand, director of NOVABUILD
Focus on the 10 CIRQ 2020 winners
1st Jury Prize:
Isol'En Straw:
ISOL'en Paille produces a tailor-made range of quality insulation adapted to the needs of both construction and renovation. The straw bale is the most successful low-tech open-source insulation! The Botte de 22, with innovative dimensions, is a solution of 22 cm thick straw bales. It is produced in a dedicated factory and respects the specifications of the professional rules of straw construction.
2nd Jury Prize:
AIR:
Signed by YLE Architectures, this greening solution intended for courtyards in Haussmannian buildings guarantees the supply of decontaminated fresh air in the apartments thanks to a system of solar chimneys based on the principle of thermal draft. The creation of refreshing ecosystems with vegetated courtyards according to a principle of depolluting plant layers, coupled with the reinvestment of connected chimneys, ensures optimal air quality for the various housing units of the condominium.
3nd Jury Prize:
MAXEEM:
Maxeem, a digital services platform, aggregates a set of data allowing remote access to information relating to the building (surface area, number of floors, year of construction, etc.), to assess its renovation potential, to structure a pre-encryption works as well as the preparation of the financing plan. It identifies RGE professionals nearby to facilitate the implementation of energy renovation projects. Professionals are more efficient thanks to these tools, developing trust with contractors. These three winners will be rewarded with a day of coaching by OmniGibus (an agency specializing in “Media Training and Speaking”) as well as an endowment of € 2 (for the 000st prize) and € 1 ( for the 1nd and 000rd prize).
ARTICONNEX:
Articonnex provides building craftsmen with solutions to improve their management of materials and their investments in machinery, while placing the circular economy at the heart of the project. Articonnex offers a triptych of solutions: a marketplace (resale of new and re-used materials - rental of workshops and construction equipment), a first physical warehouse dedicated to reuse and an educational web magazine.
BATIRESO:
Digitization and dematerialization platform allowing to contextualize the exchanges between principals and construction companies. This online tool is intended to modernize the administrative processes for launching calls for tenders and monitoring projects between building professionals. BATIRESO makes it possible to gain in productivity by reducing the administrative tasks linked to exchanges on a construction project.
BIModeler:
Semi-automatic BIM modeling of architectural packages on REVIT in LOD 200/300 from the BIModeler plug-in. This solution is characterized by the monitoring of the service via a full web collaborative platform as well as the monitoring and control of the process by a BIM modeling expert. BIModeler allows a reduction in modeling costs and times as well as human errors. BIModeler facilitates access to the BIM process.
FEELBAT:
DELTA Feel sensors are used to monitor the evolution of cracks and movements in a building or structure via a dedicated application. The system makes it possible to democratize the solution, to anticipate disasters on balconies and buildings. By their size and price they can cover more areas than current sensors.
THE DRYER:
This process dries up all types of walls: solid / hollow, whatever the material following water damage: flooding, infiltration, capillary rise. This is a natural treatment of wall humidity: no chemicals, no magnetic waves. The technological evolution of the atmospheric siphon through the use of miniaturized electronic components guarantees a volume of air circulating in the wall is constant and sufficient to dry it.
MY Artiz:
This initiative structures a network of craftsmen selected under a common brand to promote energy renovation. It provides a digital application to support them in their daily lives and have an offer extended by new innovative services (possibility of integrating a simplified BIM model, proposal of variants for an efficient energy renovation).
We Love Reno:
Collaborative web platform for work management, from sales management, to site acceptance. All those involved in the project can organize themselves, interact and follow the progress of the site in real time. The platform integrates both a CRM, work notices with estimates, a space for exchanging documents, planning for site monitoring and even the organization of BtoB meetings.
