Christophe Possémé is president of the company Le Bâtiment Associé in Muizon (51), which has 155 employees: masonry, stone cutting, carpentry, timber frame, heritage restoration, lead and asbestos removal, public works.
After a CQP (certificate of professional qualification) as a bricklayer and a vocational baccalaureate in structural building construction, Christophe Possémé obtained a diploma as a structural work team leader and then a DUT (university diploma in technology) as a works supervisor. He has also completed the business management cycle of Aproba and holds the higher certificate Sustainable Development and Environmental Quality from the IFRB.
After several years spent in various construction companies, Christophe Possémé joined Le Bâtiment Associé in 2000 as a works supervisor. Works director from 2005 to 2009, then deputy general manager from 2009 to 2010, he has been the company's president since 2011.
His professional commitment
Christophe Possémé was president of the NF DTU 20.1 Ouvrages en masonrie de petits elements - Parois et murs from 2010 to 2013 and president of Constructys Champagne-Ardenne from 2011 to 2013.
He was also vice-president from 2013 to 2019 of the UMGO-FFB**, of which he is now the president. Since 2020, Christophe Possémé has been a member of the executive committee of the FFB (French Building Federation) and chairman of the FFB market commission.
A long-standing commitment to vocational training in construction trades
Christophe Possémé has long been involved in professional training in his company's professions, particularly for young people through apprenticeship. As such, Le Bâtiment Associé, which trains around twenty work-study students each year and whose training and permanent skills development of employees constitutes a strong value of the company, received the work-study trophy in 2021.
