Chartered accountants are mobilizing for purchasing power and making 100 concrete proposals for a stronger, fair and competitive France

Chartered accountants are at the heart of the economy and at the heart of society, they are business leaders at the service of business leaders: they are legitimate to propose and guide managers.

Also, accountants therefore propose to:

• Remove social contributions (excluding pensions) from wages and transfer the financing of social protection through a VAT increase and a micro-tax on financial movements
• Increase purchasing power by exempting overtime and additional hours from social contributions (employees and employers) and taxes. This measure would promote both the purchasing power of employees and the ability of entrepreneurs to ensure their production despite recruitment difficulties.
• Perpetuate the PEPA version 2021 bonus exempt from social security contributions and IR (simplified profit-sharing for small businesses with up to 50 employees)
• Authorize exceptional releases of employee savings, without conditions of use
• Exempt donations of money for the acquisition of real estate (purchase, construction, rental investment, etc.)
• Increase the amount of exempt donations and reduce the duration of the allowances. For example: 150.000 euros every 12 years (donation in bare ownership) or 300.000 euros every 6 years (donation in full ownership).
