Remarkably innovative projects that make it possible to respond now to the challenges of energy sobriety and flexibility, and provide users with services adapted as closely as possible to their needs (quality of life, security, maintenance, connectivity, etc.).
For Patrick Nossent, President of CERTIVEA: “For 4 years, the Ready2Services label has been helping players in the digital transition of real estate. A shift that makes it possible to make a building a real platform of integrated services to respond in particular to the immediate challenges of sobriety and energy flexibility while offering the digital services now essential to users. These Trophies are now an opportunity to celebrate the commitment of the winners and to show the way to all players in the sector to support the development of connected buildings, integrated into the sustainable and smart city. »
For Sébastien Meunier, President of the Smart Buildings Alliance: “The R2S label and its service extensions provide a concrete solution to all real estate players to support them in their energy and digital transition. Far beyond just building connectivity, the Ready2Services approach conveys a vision of responsible digital technology that creates value for occupants, operators, building managers and owners. It offers a solid base for meeting the objectives of energy sobriety in buildings and helping the entire sector to consume less and consume better. The SBA is proud today to participate in the presentation of the R2S Trophies which distinguish remarkable players and achievements in terms of performance and digital services. »

The R2S Label, the best proof that a building is equipped, connected and secure for efficient and sustainable digital services
Ready2Services (R2S) is the foundation of the family of 'Digital' labels issued by CERTIVEA. Deployed in 2018, the R2S label, the result of the collaboration between CERTIVEA and the Smart Buildings Alliance, was designed to help players, regardless of their sector, in the deployment of secure, scalable and efficient digital infrastructures, to improve the well-being, performance and sustainability within commercial buildings, whatever their stage of life (new, operation or renovation).
R2S labeled buildings meet requirements covering six complementary themes: Connectivity - Network Architecture - Equipment and Interfaces - Digital Security - Responsible Management - Digital Services.
A new version of the label was launched in the summer of 2022. These 4 years have indeed been an opportunity to nourish in-depth reflection on the evolution of this unique label, taking into account feedback from experiences, recent regulations, but also the expectations of project owners, design offices, service providers, etc. Among the new features of the new version, we note increased consideration of wireless networks (Wi-Fi, GSM, IoT , geolocation), the addition of a criterion on the presence of a Building Operating System (BOS) or even the reliability of the internet connection. Other important points: clarification of the role of protocols (BACnet, LonWorks, KNX, etc.), which have their place in an R2S-certified building, and the emphasis on more responsible and efficient digital technology in order to reduce the environmental footprint of the building.
The R2S label in key data
- +100: Buildings labeled or in the process of being labeled R2S
- 1,7 M m²: Cumulative surface of the buildings involved
- X 3: Increase in the number of projects undertaken between the 1st quarter of 2021 and 2022
- 50/50: Distribution of projects between IDF and the rest of France
- +100: R2S referents trained across France
