Risk prevention, driving innovation and performance for building and public works stakeholders
The evolution of the CCCA-BTP missions induced by the 2018 vocational training reform and the new strategic orientations of the OPPBTP by 2025 have led the two partners to define a new framework for carrying out their joint actions, in favor of the prevention of occupational risks in training for construction trades.
This new cooperation is based on the shared values of the two organizations which, partners since 2005, are convinced that the prevention of occupational risks, driving innovation and the overall performance of construction companies, is an inseparable component of professional competence.
As such, the prevention of occupational risks must be fully integrated into the development axes of all construction training organizations, in their training engineering and in their pedagogical learning methods. Its health and safety at work dimension must therefore be at the heart of teaching and supported by the commitment of management staff and teaching teams, including trainers.
Seven priority themes to place prevention at the heart of training
Pedagogical orientation of construction apprenticeship, integrating the health and safety dimension at work
The CCCA-BTP and the OPPBTP undertake to promote and integrate risk prevention into teaching in the building and public works trades, through the joint development of support guides, the implementation of new diplomas, the joint publication of articles related to educational orientations, or the promotion of the quality of training through the integration of health and safety at work.
Support for the learning control mission of the CPREF (regional joint committees for employment and joint training in construction and public works) and the rectorates
The CCCA-BTP undertakes to develop the expected performance criteria for the quality control of apprenticeship training and the OPPBTP provides its expertise for risk prevention, to ultimately jointly produce an audit reference system. performance criteria of training organizations for construction trades.
Organization of calls for projects and calls for applications integrating the occupational health and safety dimension
The CCCA-BTP, which organizes numerous calls for projects and calls for applications, in particular to support the experiments and innovations of training organizations for construction trades, the promotion of construction trades or to ensure the development of the quality of the construction industry. construction apprenticeship, will define with the OPPBTP subjects integrating the health and safety dimension at work and educational approaches, such as Zoom Chantiers, BTP-BTP (Good in your skin, well in your job), Prév'enQuiz, educational workshops in prevention , etc.
The CCCA-BTP will offer financial and operational support for the deployment of the selected projects and the OPPBTP will rely on its human resources to support their deployment, in particular by hosting awareness workshops, auditing training facilities. from teachers to the use of tools ...
Promotion and joint deployment of existing products to all construction training organizations
The two partners will jointly respond to requests for support in the implementation of occupational risk prevention approaches for training organizations in the construction industry, by offering them the tools that exist in their respective service offers, in particular the resources and means. relating to the promotion of the occupational health and safety dimension.
Joint construction and dissemination of educational resources, particularly immersive
The CCCA-BTP will develop and distribute educational resources, including in particular immersive methods, and the OPPBTP will mobilize its teams to contribute to the scripting of training modules integrating health and safety at work. The two partners will use their respective distribution channels, as well as those of their partners, to promote it.
Increase in the skills of trainers and management staff of training centers
The OPPBTP will propose and run training actions (educational workshops, virtual classes, etc.) and the CCCA-BTP of learning communities for the attention of trainers, to promote their skills development. The health and safety dimension will be integrated into the themes developed and may benefit from the intervention of experts from the OPPBTP. The two partners also undertake to jointly develop a support system and to design the safety culture diagnostic, as well as a training course for the management staff of construction training organizations, then to co-lead information and training sessions. The CCCA-BTP will promote these actions and the OPPBTP will propose action plans adapted to the diagnosis carried out and will support the establishments concerned in their implementation and monitoring.
Joint commitment to the development of the Health-Prevention accelerator in the construction industry
The CCCA-BTP and the OPPBTP cooperate to promote the dissemination of innovations and experiments carried out within the framework of the Health-Prevention accelerator of the BTP, which they created in 2018 with PRO BTP and the Fondation Excellence SMA, in particular through webinars, conferences, or even publications, to support construction companies in their innovative prevention approaches.
A word from Éric Routier, president of the CCCA-BTP: “By pooling the pedagogical and educational expertise of our joint governance association with those of the OPPBTP in terms of prevention, this new cooperation aims to intensify the integration of occupational risk prevention at the heart of training for construction trades. In this context, we will be keen to support and accompany all the experiments and innovations of training organizations for construction trades, integrating and promoting the health and safety dimension at work, and to lead numerous actions with the OPPBTP. to promote the skills development of their teaching teams.
