What is co-contracting?

The temporary grouping of companies (GME) allows companies to group together only for the duration of a private works contract. It is a flexible contracting which is developing, in particular with the global renovation offer and responds to customers' request to have only one contact for their project (no creation of a company). This is a co-contracting relationship between the members of the group, they are co-contractors with each other.

The GME 3 CLICS tool is built WITHOUT SOLIDARITY so that everyone is solely responsible for their work.

All work in new construction and renovation which requires the involvement of more than 2 trades:

What about public markets?

Yes, you can ask colleagues to respond to a public contract together using the directory and the work form.

For contracts, they are not suitable for public procurement. Contact your CAPEB to support you.

How does it work?

1. Register in the directory, it's quick and easy, and create your profile to allow you to be identified.
2. Get to know your colleagues, a good way to network effectively and expand your professional contacts.
3. Facilitate relationships with your colleagues to make them potential partners, but also to better manage your projects, in particular thanks to an integrated WhatsApp thread.
4. Propose projects to colleagues, based on your activity, your skills and your geographic area using geolocation.
5. (Paid) Prepare your contracts with complete peace of mind, from entering pre-contractual information to electronic signature (free for the customer).
