CAP3000 wins the "Best Shopping Center" trophy in the world at the MIPIM Awards 2022

On March 17, CAP 3000 was awarded the prize for the "Best Shopping Centre" in the world, thanks to its extension completed in 2021 which opened the center to the sea by developing the catering & lifestyle offer.

A regional shopping centre, CAP3000 has been able to transform and innovate to anticipate and meet the new expectations of retailers and end customers. Our customers' on-site presence time has more than doubled, attracting local and international customers, including more young people and families.

CAP3000 offers 300 shops and restaurants, sea view with the main new features:

• a varied catering offer from 25 new brands,
• an exceptional well-being and sports offer,
• a new premium, luxury and designer mall: Le Corso,
• a new concept of luxury second-hand store: Corso Collector,
• new concepts focused on omnichannel, innovation and support for retailers, such as Capsule@CAP3000 and MY ESHOP@CAP3000, the first shopping center marketplace.

CAP3000 is the first shopping center in the world to be labeled BiodiverCity and BREEAM “Excellent” for its extension. With 4 jobs, it is the 000th largest employer in the Alpes Maritimes.

This award comes in addition to that obtained during the SIEC 2021 in October, so it is a double winner for CAP3000.
