Cap Renov Aids: more than 3.000 financial aids identified for energy renovation work

CAP RENOV+ is evolving with CAP RENOV AIDES, which makes it possible to calculate the financial aid for a construction site in just a few clicks.

More than 3.000 financial aids available in minutes

CAP RENOV AIDES now complements the features already available in CAP RENOV+. Easy to use, it provides the professional with all the information concerning financial aid for a project. It can thus respond quickly to its customers on the overall cost of the work and the amount of aid from which they can benefit. A major asset when it comes to undertaking renovation work!

CAP RENOV AIDES brings together 3.200 financial aids for renovation work from national to local level. To access it, nothing could be simpler:

• Description of the context: less than a minute is needed to describe the accommodation before work. This description can be supplemented with a notion of income, since aid is often linked to it.
• Proposal for eligible work: they concern the building (insulation, joinery), ventilation and heating and hot water equipment.
• Estimate of the aid and the final amount of the work: this step provides access to the list of all the aid at national, regional and local level to which the project is entitled.
• Editing a report: a customizable report in PDF format is generated so that it can be sent to the end customer.

CAP RENOV AIDES manages the compatibility of aid with each other as well as the capping during the accumulation of aid. For each aid, the calculation takes into account the level of income of the beneficiaries and any ceilings. The contact details of the communities that issue the aid, as well as the details of the conditions required are easily accessible. The application manages the projects of owner-occupiers or lessors of individual housing.

An update of national aid is made no later than 15 days after their date of application (except for particular complexity). For their part, the local aids are updated every month.
