Campus Formation on Artibat, a course of technical workshops dedicated to training to deploy good practices

For Valérie Sfartz, director of the show: « This technical course was born from the ambition of the CAPEB des Pays-de-la-Loire to make all professionals aware of the training reflex to increase the company in all its dimensions. The challenge of this project? 10 minutes to approach a subject, optimize a gesture, question safety on site or in the company. With 40.000 professionals expected, the opportunity to support and inform in order to better deploy good practices in the field and respond to the major challenges of construction and society was obvious. Welcomed, guided and advised by employees of the CAPEB des Pays-de-la-Loire training department who, on a daily basis, support professionals in meeting their training needs, visitors will be able to test their knowledge and discover new techniques, contracts with the partners of this project, certified training organizations. »

The Training Campus has 9 workshops to discover on technical, security or material-oriented themes, such as biosourced. Won over, surprised or interested by this experience, professionals will be able to go further on a subject that would have sensitized them the most and identify avenues to deploy in their profession or business through training.

Risk Prevention Theme

1 workshop

Working at height, measuring the risks, getting the right equipment

The aim of this workshop is to make professionals aware of the risks of working at height and to provide them with solutions: guaranteeing the lifeline and creating anchor points. A trailer with a metal frame will be the testing ground at the show. Professionals will be able to test the correct fit and resistance of the safety harness.

In integration or superposition, this workshop will shed light on the installation of photovoltaic panels and their means of fixing on all types of supports (slate, tile, etc.) with in particular a game on the pitfalls to avoid.
