Companies in reconfigured areas will have to put in place "action plans" for teleworking

The text indicates that in these 16 departments, "the companies define an action plan for the coming weeks, to reduce as much as possible the time of presence on site of the employees, taking into account teleworking activities within the company".

"This action plan, the terms of which are adapted to the size of the company, is the subject of discussions within the framework of local social dialogue. In the event of control, the actions implemented will be presented to the 'labor inspection ", specifies the document which must be published Tuesday on the site of the Ministry of Labor, the social partners still having a deadline to make returns.

This updated protocol was presented during a consultation meeting in the presence of Laurent Pietraszewski, Secretary of State for Pensions and Occupational Health. He represented the Minister of Labor Elisabeth Borne, hospitalized due to Covid-19.

In terms of collective catering, the dedicated sheet has been revised in particular to specify that it is necessary to "have lunch alone, leaving an empty place in front of you, and strictly respecting the rule of distance" of two meters between each person. The text also asks to adapt "systematically" the opening hours and mentions the installation, "as far as possible, of baskets to take away and to consume at the workstation for all or some of the guests".

The protocol also reminds us of the rules regarding respect for barrier gestures in the event of carpooling, and indicates that "the employer limits carpooling situations as much as possible".
