Convinced of the need to improve the efficiency of buildings to reduce energy consumption, Wavin's Research and Development departments have developed complete systems of low-temperature cooling underfloor heating and very energy-efficient climate ceilings suitable for housing. residential, collective and tertiary. Pre-project studies, technical studies, design, site assistance... Wavin supports its customers at each stage of the project with a tailor-made offer. It includes all the components and accessories necessary for installing underfloor heating: insulating tiles, heat pipes, regulation system, etc.
Durable, efficient and invisible, Wavin radiant heating and cooling solutions provide an even temperature and are a simple way to optimize the energy performance of buildings. They are controlled from a touch screen or a mobile application by Wavin's Sentio control system. This system includes central and extension control units, thermostats and sensors, which make these heating solutions particularly easy to use and install. Wavin heating and cooling solutions thus offer occupants an unequaled quality of comfort, while ensuring proven energy performance.
Wavin low temperature cooling underfloor heating

Efficient and invisible, the Wavin low-temperature cooling underfloor heating guarantees uniform heat distribution in all rooms and allows you to enjoy an ideal floor temperature. This solution easily integrates into residential, collective housing and tertiary buildings thanks to its discretion and its tailor-made design. This radiant heating and cooling device is particularly suitable for providing homogeneous and pleasant thermal comfort to its occupants, even in large spaces. The combination of an energy-efficient heat pump with a PCRBT* solution equipped with a regulation system is ideal for improving the overall performance of the heating and cooling system. This combination offers very good yields and meets the very high requirements in terms of building energy performance.
The complete Wavin underfloor heating/cooling system benefits from the recognition of CERTHITERM, the first quality brand in France to guarantee the level of overall thermal performance of complete low-temperature hydraulic floor, wall or ceiling heating/cooling systems.

Phonixx studded insulating tiles High acoustic performance
Basic elements of any low-temperature underfloor heating project, insulating tiles play a vital role in ensuring good insulation of the floor, limiting heat loss and ensuring the durability of the heating system. With high thermal resistances ranging from 0,75 to 5,55 m2K/W, QB or ACERMI (Association for the CERTification of Insulating Materials) certified Wavin insulating tiles are among the most efficient on the market.
Among them, the new Phonixx Wavin insulating tiles which significantly reduce the transmission of impact noise. Indeed, for excellent acoustic comfort, they offer a reduction in noise pollution and impact noise between floors of up to 21 dB, a record value! They thus make it possible to obtain better efficiency without having to resort to an additional acoustic underlay.
Light and easy to handle, these slabs can be installed quickly and easily to save considerable time on construction sites. In addition, their quality and rigidity allow the movement of people during their installation.
Finally, the mono-material composition of the Phonixx studded insulating tiles facilitates their recycling both during their implementation (site scraps) and at the end of their life.
A protective anti-oxygen barrier at the heart of the structure
Reliable and durable, the new generation of Wavin Flexius BAO Polybutylene tubes now incorporates an Anti-Oxygen Barrier. It prevents the development of sludge in the closed circuits of underfloor heating, thus guaranteeing proper operation over the long term. Usually placed on the outer periphery of the tubes, the BAO is here integrated into the heart of the tube structure, protecting it from any damage linked to the vagaries of the construction site and guaranteeing its performance. Thus, there is no risk of degradation of the BAO during implementation, guaranteeing it an optimal lifespan.
Available in several lengths, the coils of new Wavin Flexius BAO tubes meet the needs of all sizes of underfloor heating and cooling sites. Their great flexibility inspired the name of this new generation of Wavin Flexius BAO tubes which facilitates the realization of floor loops, whatever the laying conditions: cold, tight spaces, no tight laying, etc.
Highly resistant to the test of time, these service pipes are naturally inert to corrosion, impact and crushing. They benefit from a Technical Assessment and Quality for Building (QB) certification from the CSTB. Furthermore, in a logic of sustainable development, Wavin is working on a program to reuse off-cuts from Flexius BAO tubes in order to reintegrate them into the production of other products in its catalogue.
A smart, connected and tailor-made installation
Good temperature control is essential to optimize the energy performance of the building. Whether new or renovated, Wavin underfloor heating and cooling solutions distribute heat evenly and reduce energy consumption. They are controlled, from an intuitive touch screen or a mobile application, by Wavin's Sentio control system, which includes central and extension control units, thermostats and sensors. The real "brain" of the installation, this solution, which is very easy to install and then to use on a daily basis, allows precise control of climatic comfort room by room, while limiting energy consumption: up to 15% savings in heating energy*.
With its very precise programming, the temperatures are adjusted according to the hours of use of the rooms and the desired comfort, external inputs... Sentio also benefits from Eu.Bac certification which validates its ability to precisely maintain a target temperature despite the inherent inertia of a floor heating system: CA value = 0,5 K.
Finally, Sentio de Wavin can also optimize the energy efficiency of the installation by adapting the temperature of the heat transfer fluid according to the external climatic conditions, thanks to a mixing unit and an external sensor offered as an option. It thus offers occupants an unequaled quality of comfort and significant energy savings since the generator only produces what is necessary while maximizing the use of calories.
