The Flair 225 is a compact, very high efficiency double-flow mechanical ventilation unit ideal for high-performance single-family house or apartment projects with a surface area of less than 120 m2. Small model, easily housed in a small technical room and with an air flow rate of up to 225 m3 / h, the unit displays among the lowest motor consumptions on the market: 0.17 Wh / m3 according to EN13141-7 and 0.25 Wh / m3 according to PassivHaus Institute and thermal efficiency of 92% according to EN13141-7 and 89%% according to PassivHaus Institute.

All Flair models are unique in their extreme compactness and more particularly the Flair 225. This device is ideal for apartments and houses with a surface area of less than 120 m2 and is a smart choice when replacing a used double flow CMV equipment. The variety of models guarantees great flexibility of configuration. The Flair 225 is available in left and right models with 4 connections above (4/0). Each device can be equipped with an optional Plus-print offering more connection possibilities.
