Bouygues Construction receives “Top Employer France” and “Top Employer Europe” 2022 certification

Bouygues Construction, a responsible and committed player in sustainable construction, is recognized and certified by the Top Employers Institute, an independent and international body, “Top Employer France” for the 6th consecutive year and “Top Employer Europe” for the 4th year, with the certification also of its entities in the United Kingdom and in Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic.

This “Top Employer” certification rewards the initiatives that Bouygues Construction has been deploying for many years within its organization to provide the best possible working environment for its employees through innovative HR practices. The group is the only construction player present in this survey.

The Top Employers Institute program thus assessed Bouygues Construction's HR policy through the "HR Best Practices Survey", which covers 6 major HR areas, divided into 20 themes such as talent management strategy, the work, Talent Acquisition, training and skills development, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.

In 2021, two new products were highlighted by Bouygues Construction:

For 2022, two priority themes will be supplemented and enriched following the return of the Top Employer survey:

The second subject reinforces our Diversity ambition, with the desire to promote even more strongly the diversity of backgrounds and cultures within the Group, in particular through our diversity programs and the internationalization of our management and our talents.
