BOUTTÉ is a designer-distributor of fittings and product lines for plumbing and surface watering. Building on the success of its range of PVC pressure fittings, the manufacturer is completing its 100% screw-on offer with 8 new references of mixed male and female ends including one end to be screwed and another to be glued to ensure perfect sealing.
These new references, simple and quick to install, are an alternative to galvanized iron fittings for drinking water supply, water treatment, irrigation and garden watering installations or even for networks swimming pools and even for industrial pipes (food and chemicals).
8 new references to paste for more efficiency
BOUTTÉ has just launched 8 new references of PVC pressure fittings with a glue part in order to guarantee perfect sealing of different types of pressure installations.
The second part of the connection is screwable and has the same characteristics as the existing range.
The male ends are offered with an external diameter ranging from 25 mm to 63 mm. As for the female ends, BOUTTÉ presents two references with an external diameter of 50 and 63 mm.
These references make it possible to make the junction between an installation part consisting of a screwed end and another part of the network with an inlet to be glued.
An existing screw-on range for multiple applications
The French manufacturer's existing offer is available in 69 screw-in references of different types of fittings (plugs, nipples, sleeves, unions, elbows, tees) which are all solutions to meet the constraints and requirements of each site.
They connect easily by simply screwing (it is nevertheless recommended to use silicone or PTFE tape with these threaded connections) to allow the installation of drinking water supply installations (ACS fittings), treatment water, agricultural irrigation, swimming pool networks or even the transport of pressurized liquids in the food or chemical industry.
An economical and advantageous material
BOUTTÉ's PVC pressure fittings are economical (25% less expensive on average than a galvanized iron fitting), light, easy and quick to install. In addition, they have a perfectly smooth internal surface to guarantee a continuous flow without possible residue.
Made of a 100% recyclable and resistant material, they today come as an alternative to galvanized iron fittings because they accept different types of fluids (drinking water, swimming pool water, certain types of chemicals, etc.) and withstand pressures ranging up to 10 bars and a service temperature between 0 and 60°C.
In addition, they eliminate any risk of corrosion and water pollution for users, because they are non-toxic. Currently, BOUTTÉ sells around 10 PVC fittings for one galvanized iron fitting.
