BLUETEK offers the Adiaplay Kit, a new complete system for 100% natural cooling of indoor air. In new construction and renovation (commercial premises, storage buildings, stores, ERP, etc.), the BLUETEK Adiaplay Kit has been designed to minimize installation costs by its ease of installation.

One pose in just two hours

The elements of the system allowing easy assembly, the Adiaplay Kit can be installed in just two hours (excluding handling) without the intervention of a platform. This consists of an adiabatic module - with a reduced weight of 59 kg -, a curb, a support - not supplied - to be placed on a flat roof or up to a lower or equal slope. at 10%, a hemispherical interior diffuser and a remote control with digital display that can also be controlled using its remote control. Once installed, the system cools an area of ​​up to 250 m2 (with a diffuser placed 4 meters high). For perfect efficiency of the solution, openings in the roof must be present to evacuate the hot interior air which is above the diffuser. Finally, maintenance of the Adiaplay Kit system is simplified.

Principle and advantage of adiabatic

Cooling by evaporation, or adiabatic cooling, is a 100% natural principle which consists of passing hot air through a humid exchanger to cool it. The outside air enters the module placed on the roof and cools causing the evaporation of the water contained in the exchanger. The air thus refreshed is blown into the building using a fan integrated into the interior diffuser.

Air fresheners have the advantage of diffusing healthy air (no risk of diffusion of legionellosis) and their operation is simplified. Requiring no compressor or refrigeration circuit, their operation and their operating costs are reduced. Only a power supply, a water inlet and a solenoid valve connected to the latter, a circulation pump and a drain valve are necessary for the operation of the air coolers.

Finally, the adiabatic ensures a cooling of the interior ambient air whatever the outside temperature. The warmer the outside air, the more the efficiency of adiabatic coolers increases with a temperature difference of 7°C inside the building.
