Bjelin launches its herringbone parquet in France

Developed and manufactured in Europe, Bjelin's Scandinavian-designed herringbone parquet flooring features patented 5G® click technology, which makes the floors easy to install. The boards are simply fitted together without nails or glue, which considerably reduces installation time.

Bjelin herringbone parquet is made from oak, responsibly harvested from the famous Spačva Forest in Croatia. Classic and timeless, this floor can be installed in multiple creative combinations.

The 5G floor locking system, developed by sister company Välinge Innovation, is renowned. By installing the covering in individual slats mechanically assembled together, the natural movement of the wood is neutralized. This flooring has been designed for floating installation, which minimizes problems with curling, creaking and gaps between the boards.

The 5GTM blade locking system is renowned for its ease, speed and reliability of installation. No tools, glue or nails are required. You simply need to clip the blades together, which limits the risk of gaps between the blades. Ready-made starter triangles allow for even faster installation.
