The Béoplast company, located in Macon (71) in Saône-et-Loire, joins the ESTÉMI group, a leading national player in the renovation and construction of individual homes, multi-material manufacturer of joinery (Ouvêo) and 100% French tailor-made closures (Loubat Fermetures/Provélis). This operation is part of the external development of the ESTÉMI group orchestrated by its president Jean-Luc Nouveau, at the head of the group since 2007.
“Béoplast becomes the 6th manufacturing and production site of the ESTÉMI group. Thanks to its recognized expertise, Béoplast enriches our offer of high-performance, durable and French-made custom-made joinery. This new integration allows Ouvêo to cover the entire French territory with multi-product and multi-material production on 4 equally distributed sites”. Béoplast has 42 employees, a 2022 turnover of 8,2 million euros and production in 2022 of nearly 25.000 pieces of joinery on its Mâcon site.
“This chosen merger is in line with the development that I wanted for Béoplast: the need to grow, to more strongly establish our know-how and our regional reputation as well as the maintenance of teams and the creation of new jobs”, explains Laurent Rollet, CEO of Béoplast who is taking over general management of the new Ouvêo Rhône-Alpes site. Béoplast brings to Ouvêo know-how and technical expertise recognized for decades in the joinery manufacturing trades. “Product quality, attentiveness and proximity to customers are important ingredients for the development and continuation of the company. They define Béoplast and these are common values that we share with the ESTÉMI Group ».
This acquisition strengthens Béoplast's financial base and will allow it to ultimately benefit, within a human-sized industrial group, from commercial, productive and administrative synergies, as well as operational and strategic support. Strong development of the site is planned over the next three years. In July 2023, this acquisition raises the ESTÉMI group to a turnover of 115 million euros with a workforce of 550 employees,” concludes Jean-Luc Nouveau.
