BEG Ingénierie is assisting AXA Investment Managers in the modernization and expansion of the Bry-sur-Marne film studios.

The transformation of a legendary French cinema site

A true benchmark for film and television series, the Bry-sur-Marne Studios host the filming of iconic productions, including season 2 of "Bref", "Emilia Perez", "Asterix and Obelix: The Middle Kingdom"...

Located on 12 hectares and capable of accommodating more than 1.000 people per day, the Studios offer soundstages of 600 to 1.400 m2, as well as a modular mock street popular with productions.

AXA Investment Managers and its delegated project owner THEOP commissioned BEG Ingénierie to modernize and double the surface area of ​​the facilities (from 8 to 14 stages), while preserving the activity of filming during the works.

The extension will be delivered in 2027 and will be followed by the rehabilitation of existing areas (production, dressing rooms, office, workshops and technical premises).

The turnkey team manages the construction site. The technical, financial, legal, quality, HSE, and HR departments ensure the project's rigor and safety. The sales teams and the design office anticipated site constraints and proposed optimized construction solutions.
