Educational, easy to use and free, the HQE Pour Tous tool allows construction stakeholders to discover HQE around its commitments, objectives and key themes, and even to carry out a self-diagnosis of a building project. sustainable.
All about HEQ
Recognized as a public utility, the HQE-GBC Alliance's mission is to lead collaborative and forward-looking innovation work in favor of the design and sustainable construction of the building and city of tomorrow. In this context, the HQE-GBC Alliance aims to bring together professionals around a common language to characterize a building or sustainable development project.
Thus, the HQE is now part of reference frameworks carrying a multi-criteria global vision. For each project, this transversal approach takes into account the balance sought between 4 commitments:
- Life quality
- Environmental respect
- Economic performance
- Responsible management
These 4 commitments are the basis of the HQE reference frameworks.
In order to facilitate a better understanding and good handling of these reference frameworks, the HQE-GBC Alliance has created the digital tool HQE Pour Tous.
For Marjolaine Meynier-Millefert, President of the HQE-GBC Alliance: "With this tool, we have the ambition to popularize and make readable the HQE through the use of a didactic and playful digital tool. This tool is part of an approach to raise awareness and provide information under the form of an encouraging and non-guilt-free concept for the user."
From the discovery of HQE to the self-diagnosis of a project
The HQE Pour Tous tool has been designed according to the level of knowledge of the professional user and offers two paths to better understand the global environmental approach of HQE:
- A discovery trail, allowing you to discover HQE and find out if the building project takes into account the themes of the 4 HQE commitments.
- An in-depth course, aimed at those who are familiar with HQE and wish to know how their building project can better take into account the themes of the 4 HQE commitments.
An information base, common to both courses, provides access to the details of the 4 commitments of a project's sustainable development approach, ie the 26 themes of the HQE Building reference framework.
Thanks to easy-to-use menus, the user can explore a particular theme to deepen his knowledge and appropriate courses of action to go further in his construction or renovation project.
Finally, the HQE Pour Tous tool makes it easy to carry out a self-diagnosis for a sustainable building project. For each of the 4 commitments and 26 objectives, all you have to do is enter yes/no on the actions carried out. A summary makes it possible to precisely identify the levers to be activated for each HQE theme. At the end, the tool offers links to the certifiers, the only ones authorized to certify the environmental performance of the building concerned with regard to the HQE criteria.
The HQE Pour Tous digital tool was designed for construction. With regard to development, the association will offer a new digital tool to facilitate the handling of the neighborhood indicators that it published last March.
Available in responsive format, HQE Pour Tous is accessible on the Alliance HQE-GBC website: www.hqegbc.org/home/
