Particular attention was paid to the environmental quality of the operation, in particular via the treatment of rainwater with the creation of landscaped retention basins and wetlands promoting the development of new ecological environments. From their design, concepts of sustainable maintenance or integrated management will be used, both through a neat landscape near the buildings, but also through rustic maintenance for more “natural” spaces. In order to link the district to the surrounding green spaces, pedestrian and cycle paths will be created throughout the 17 ha park. This approach enabled the adPark to obtain the BiodiverCity® label following an audit carried out by Deloitte.
