ArtisanSmart is a management software designed for building tradespeople working alone or in pairs. Quotes, Factur-X compliant invoices, electronic signature, site scheduling, document management with ticket scanning, FEC accounting export, recurring maintenance contracts, micro-enterprise module: everything is integrated into a single mobile application for €29 excluding VAT/month.
To date, it is undoubtedly the most complete software on the market for construction professionals, in production and used daily on construction sites.
Designed for the field, not the office
The application was developed to work on smartphones, including on construction sites. It requires no installation (it's a PWA accessible via the browser) and also works offline. A tradesperson can create a quote between jobs, have it signed by their client on-site, and then generate the corresponding Factur-X invoice.
The SmartChiffrage calculation engine offers estimates by trade to speed up the drafting process.
Invoice-X before the deadline
Electronic invoicing will become mandatory for all businesses receiving invoices in September 2026, and for all businesses sending invoices in 2027. ArtisanSmart natively generates invoices in Factur-X format (PDF/A-3 with embedded XML, EN16931 profile). Compliance is included in the subscription, at no extra cost or with no additional modules.
