In this context, housing development work is on the rise. Thus, the building sector recruited massively in 2021 (+4,8%) and plans to create 25.000 new jobs in 2022, according to the French Building Federation.
An improvement that should not make us forget the essential: in a context of declining purchasing power, customers are more demanding in terms of the quality of the services provided. They expect expertise that shows up long before the work begins.
As a result, craftsmen must take up a double challenge in particular:
- Allow their customers to project themselves into their future layout, both indoors and outdoors. They must adapt to what is being done in terms of 3D and preview;
- Creating value by optimizing space and matching materials.
As craftsmen have neither the time nor the equipment, Arkitelia offers a new digital design office service. Craftsmen receive ultra-realistic 3D designs in 3 steps, directly from existing photos and dimensioned sketches.
A must to inspire customers, develop sales and facilitate orders.
A very simple and fluid app to obtain stunning visuals in a few clicks
Carrying out a project on Arkitelia is child's play, since all you have to do is:
- Select the room or exteriors to be produced, as well as the desired renderings
- Everything can be done directly via his smartphone or from his office.
Send useful documents
Directly via the app, it is possible to take photos of the room and add dimensioned plans and sketches. At this stage, it is also advisable to record all the important details in order to obtain the most accurate design possible.
Define the client's style
The craftsman's client receives an interactive decoration quiz to express his desires ("pure wood", "chic countryside"...) and define his budget.
Impress the client with stunning 3D visuals
Depending on the offer selected, Arkitelia allows you to select the room and view the 3D top views, virtual photos and 360° views a few days later.

About Noëlle Corlay, the founder
Noëlle Corlay has been an interior designer for 10 years.
She had the idea for the Arkitelia concept during confinement. At that time, she was contacted by Fabrice, a plumber who was trying to unblock a situation: his client did not see at all how to fit out his future extension.
From the photos and hand sketches made by Fabrice, Noëlle and her team were able to propose two different layouts. It was a real relief for Fabrice and his client!
Today, Arkitelia aims to deploy on a national scale.
