The Council of Architecture, Urbanism and the Environment and the Val-de-Marne Energy Agency (CAUE 94) are launching, at the start of the school year, the first edition of a prize list exclusively oriented towards individual housing.
Architects and sponsors of a project in Val-de-Marne are invited to send their applications between September 1 and November 13, 2020.
Highlighting construction, transformation, renovation or expansion projects, this list will be an opportunity to demonstrate the importance of architecture and its role in the creation of a quality living environment.
The selected examples, exemplary and inspiring, will help to reveal the know-how of the actors and professionals of the building but also the added value of the use of the architect for an owner.
The production of individual housing indeed holds an important place in the territory, and the quality of this production is a major issue that the CAUE strives to support in its missions of advice, awareness and training. Progress of the "Inhabited architecture" prize list:
- Call for applications from 01/09/2020 to 13/11/2020 (constitution of a project manager / project owner for projects carried out between 2013 and 2019)
- Jury, April 2021
- Call for public vote, March to June 2021
- Prize giving, end of June beginning of July 2021
