Dimitri Lecocq, Deputy Managing Director, Customer Challenge & Positive Habitat
At 47, Dimitri Lecocq graduated from NEOMA Business School. He began his career as financial director at Ferme de la Gontière before joining Leroy Merlin France in 2006. There, he held management control positions, notably as a store management controller in Charleville-Mézières, then Regional in Strasbourg, and finally Central Purchasing in Lille. In 2014, he joined Adeo, the parent company of Leroy Merlin, as director of omnichannel transformation. He then supported the digital and omnichannel transformation of the group's companies. In 2017, he was appointed non-executive Chairman of Leroy Merlin China and joined Leroy Merlin France where he took over the management of customer services. In 2019, he became Deputy Managing Director tasked with the Evidence Habitat challenge, which focuses on markets, customer strategy, marketing, e-commerce, the market place, relationships, services and the supply chain. In 2021, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director of Strategies, Relationships & Omnicommerce in charge of defining the company's strategic and relationship framework, the brand promise and developing omnicommerce. Since May 2024, he has been Deputy Managing Director mandated on the Customer Challenge and Positive Habitat which brings together markets, omnicommerce, positive impact, the development ecosystem and the offer.
Eloy Del Moral, Deputy Managing Director Human & Local Issues
At 45, Eloy Del Moral graduated with a xx from the Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE University of Madrid and a master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. He began his career in 2003 as a financial analyst at ING. Then, he joined Renault Spain in 2004 as a product & marketing manager. He joined Leroy Merlin Spain in 2007 as a carpentry product manager. In 2012, he completed his professional experience by taking on the role of store manager in Alcorcon (Madrid). Five years later, in 2017, he was appointed Human Resources Director of Leroy Merlin. Since 2022, within the executive committee of Leroy Merlin Spain, he has also supported the Levante, Southeast and Southwest regions as well as the project and decorative markets. He will join Leroy Merlin France on September 1, 2024, where he will become Deputy Managing Director in charge of Human Resources and management of the store network.
Venceslas Boutan, Deputy Managing Director Industrialization & Sustainable Performance Challenge
At 42, Venceslas Boutan holds a Master's degree in Finance from EM Lyon. He began his career in 2003 as a management controller at Valeo, then Orangina Schweppes. He joined Carrefour in 2007 where he was successively financial controller, head of strategic projects and management controller of Supply Chain transformation projects. In 2015, he joined Brico-Dépôt as corporate and Supply Chain management controller and then as head of corporate management control. He joined Leroy Merlin France in February 2019 as Supply Chain Performance Leader then director of management control and financial director. In May 2024, he became Deputy Managing Director in charge of the Industrialization and Sustainable Performance issue which covers the areas of Performance / Finance, Legal and Compliance, Development, Supply chain and Digital DATA.
