Apave, an international group of more than 150 years, specialist in the control of technical, environmental and human risks announces two acquisitions in the fields of digital services.
Apave thus confirms its external growth dynamic as announced at the launch of its 2021-2025 strategic plan. These two operations, the first of a multi-year dynamic that tends to accelerate, are part of the Apave Group's ambition to position itself as a benchmark player in digital risk management.
The alliance of the historical expertise of Apave's 12400 employees combined with that of AxesSim and SixFoisSept allows Apave to offer more comprehensive and efficient risk management offers. These cutting-edge offers will be aimed particularly at customers in the aeronautics and space industry, transport and defense sectors.
