The OSCAR program, as close as possible to craftsmen's expectations

The purpose of the OSCAR program is to help craftsmen and building professionals to understand and master financial aid for energy renovation, in order to be able to offer it more easily to their customers. For this, the program deploys various actions such as:

• The recruitment and training of Renovation Assistance Referents – RAR (there are now more than 750 throughout the territory), who will in turn support craftsmen and professionals.
• The development of practical and relevant tools, adapted to the needs of actors in the field. Latest: this brand new directory, requested by the participants at the last “Artisans Workshop”, organized by the OSCAR program last December.

Accessible free online[1] for tradesmen and renovation professionals, open to RARs and the general public, the OSCAR directory makes it possible to quickly and easily identify the financial aid available, as well as their eligibility conditions.

This new tool is also intended to be interactive: it will very often be updated and enriched according to the monitoring of the OSCAR program teams, feedback from the field, market news, etc. It is distinguished by 3 additional characteristics:

• Geographical exhaustiveness, with the referencing of national, regional, departmental and local aid;
• Centralization of more than 3.000 grants related to energy renovation;
• Update of data, at least once a month, in order to deliver information that is always up to date.

Finally, because a craftsman does not necessarily have the time to connect to a landline, the directory is accessible to all types of terminals that these key players in energy renovation can use on a daily basis, on construction sites. or in a client meeting, for example.
